No moment in WWE history can be as tragic as Owen Hart Falling to his death. In 1999 during Over the Edge, Owen Hart was scheduled to make a surprise entrance from the rafters, but the equipment failed and the wrestler plummeted into a turnbuckle. He was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital.
