How could Vince possibly make more money than he already does? The concept is truly simplistic. Vince could scoop up a colosseum or two and earn even more from each and every one of his shows. In 1979, Vince put the plan into action, when he purchased the Cape Cod Coliseum in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts. For many years, the building was used for sporting events, including WWF shows, hockey games and even boxing matches. The venture didn’t quite work out as planned and the Coliseum was sold in 1984. It was next used to store Christmas trees.
